Does Atlassian Community sell its software?

I want to make a site just like https://community.atlassian.com/, my business customers can chat and support in community.
Is it similar or similar to this?

No, the software being used here is not Atlassian software (the previous incarnation was - it was Confluence with "questions for confluence" installed on it).

This platform is called "Khoros" (it used to be called "Lithium" if you want to do some historical research).  Atlassian have customised it quite a lot for the Community, with a lot of feedback from the Community Advisory Board 

It is about to be revamped though - we're on quite an old version of the platform, and the Community team is getting close to upgrading it to the latest version, which is going to change a lot of the visuals and tools available.

The vendor is https://khoros.com - their screenshots and videos show the newer version, rather than what we've got here, so take a look at them before deciding if it's the right platform for you.
