Does Atlassian Cloud support encryption of data in transit for Intra-Cloud Connectivity? Other than Inter-Cloud connectivity this applies to data transfers between cloud services within a single CSP such as nodes in virtual networks or services in multiple geographical regions.

Hi @Lucas

Can you provide some more context, not all community members are system admins or system architects and might rely on some more detail information.

But if you connect to Atlassian Cloud via another source, the security information might give you the information.

I am reviewing the Atlassian cloud offering for secure application in my organization. We want to make sure that all transport of our data is encrypted. We have found sufficient assurances that data transport from users to the cloud system is encrypted and that data transport between on premise installations and the cloud system is encrypted with application tunnels. We are seeking the same assurances for data transport between cloud services that make up the Atlassian cloud system because they are also part of the attack surface. I have given the example of transport between services in multiple geographical regions but you can also think of transport of data to other providers of apps in the Atlassian ecosystem.
