Hi,

I am working in an organization, which is trying to move their document management system from SharePoint to Confluence. Currently, we have Project Management and Quality Assurance documents stored in two separate dedicated tools (Not SharePoint), but we are trying to store and edit them in Confluence, is there any plugin or function that works with the specific PM and QA document? If not, do you have any suggestions on how to document PM and QA files in confluence? I'll be appreciated for any help, thanks.

Best,

Ray

Hi @Ray Wang,

To clarify, what file types are your PM & QA documents stored as?

On a separate note, my suggestion would be to transfer the documentation directly onto the Confluence page (long-term goal if you have quite a few documents).

Let me know your thoughts and concerns.

Thanks

Hi Danny,

Thank you for replying! I believe we have our PM documents in Word doc and PDF, some of them might reside in Microsoft Project, as for the QA files, we are just going to keep it where it is for now.

I think it's a good idea to just transfer the docs straight into Confluence, and that's what I am doing now.

Thanks for the suggestion,

Ray
