Document storage local and cloud sync

We have a Cloud Confluence instance that we would like to use for document storage. We will keep separate pages for each client (a few hundred). We would also like to have copies of the documents local to our network (in case Confluence goes offline or something happens on Atlassians end). What would be the best way to accomplish that?
