A team member accidentally started a new draft version of a document that's currently in effect. Is there a way to cancel or delete that draft version so it doesn't interfere with the active document?

Hi @Els Vanderschot ,

There are a couple of paths here:

  • If the draft is an unpublished page While editing, open the More actions menu and select Delete unpublished page. This will permanently remove the draft.
  • If the draft is unpublished changes to an existing page:
Edit the page, then from the More actions menu, choose Revert to previous version. This will discard all unpublished changes and restore the last published version.

Here are a couple of official articles that might help:

It depends on whether they are creating a new version of an existing document/page, or if they've created a completely new page (still in draft mode). 👈

Just a note that once you delete a draft version of the page, the content is lost for good ⚠️ so just keep that in mind.

Cheers,
Tobi
