do any one have any scripts to do this.
Thanks,

Have you tried Better Content Archiving for Confluence?
That is a de-facto Content Lifecycle Management app for Confluence for many years now. It provides you with customizable archiving and content monitoring/notification rules for not viewed, not updated pages and archives the ones you specified automatically.
It also helps you get a better view of your Confluence content health:
(Please note that Better Content Archiving is a paid and supported app and I'm part of the tam developing it.)
Currently, the Archive page option is manual.
There's no way to identify the pages updated or whether it's active (by means of users opening the document). It's either via Analytics which is manual or by navigating to each page and getting the data
Once the Automation feature is released, this feature may come into existence. until then let's cross our fingers and wait for it.
Thanks,
Pramodh

Yes, but not natively. You are on the right track of trying to do this via the API and Python scripting. But it will take work to set up. I suggest setting up a dev version of your live server and find someone good with scripting to work on this project.
