Display only checklist headers

Hi Team, 

I have a JIRA filter in confluence and I would like to display a checklist field. I have done it by adding my Analysis_DOD in the column to display. My checklist is quite long so visually, nok.

I would like first of all, to only display the headers. I could not find a way to it.

In addition, I was looking at a way to display the checklist horizontally and not vertically. Same , could not find a way to do that.

Would you see a possible workaround to achieve my need ? maybe using additional macro to format the filter display.

@Henry can you share a screenshot of what you have.  I would like to see what it is that you are trying to do.
