Disable Shortcut Keys in Confluence Data Center

I need to disable the shortcut keys in our Data Center version of Confluence. For example, I need to prevent users from using the C key to create and the E key to edit. How can I disable that functionality? We are on version 7.4.7.

Thanks @Benjamin. This looks like it will hide the shortcuts on my computer. I need to hide shortcuts for all users (globally). Is there a similar option that will work for that?

You welcome. I haven't come across such an option or a use case of having it done for all users.
