Hi,

Is it possible to insert a link to text in other part of the page which will be displayed directly as text within the document, without the need to 'click and jump'? I would like to have one source of truth (and its management) for reoccurring functionalities, without the need for readers to jump to other parts of document (and loosing current context)

Flow:

1. Type some text (i.e. aggregated under one header)

2. Type some other text in other area of page

3. Create link (anchor like) to header/text selection

4. Submit

5. View submitted doc

Result: Linked text is visible as part of regular text from point #2

Thank you, Wiktor

Hi Wiktor,

what you described can be done with excerpt/excerpt-include.

Refer to the following Atlassian documentation pages:

excerpt/excerpt-include allows for one excerpt per page. If you need more, you need an add-on from the Atlassian marketplace, e.g. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/169/multiexcerpt?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Hope that helps.
