Differenct between screenshot attaching in old and new view from buffer

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I'm using an old view of Jira.
Some of my colleagues are using a new view.
When I'm pasting my screenshots in a comment(or issues) (videos) Attach Screenshot window appears and attached screenshots-videos presented as !file_name|thumbnail!
But in new view no window when pasting files :( They just pasted in comments as pictures or videos and it makes editing comment a bit harder
After saving comment their screenshots look very uncomfortable for looking it in old view
Anyone have idea how to solve it without switching to a new view?
