Hello,

I am writing regarding our Confluence Cloud Free site: https://arnaufs8.atlassian.net

The site was associated with a personal project called "Spotme".
The last activity was on December 8th, and we did not manually delete the site.

It no longer appears in admin.atlassian.com, and we are concerned it may have been removed due to inactivity.

Could you please confirm whether the site is still within the data retention window and if recovery is possible?

Thank you very much for your assistance.
Best regards,

Hi, @Xisco Mesquida

If you had Free tier, it's possible, that it was deactivated, but there are usually escalation emails before removal.
Deactivation for Free Tier, if you don't login to your Jira or Confluence, will be afer 120 days

After this point, you have 60 more days to reactivate your instance and save your data (180 total).

Strange, that it was blocked, because you mentioned activity in December.

As it's Atlassian Commmunity, we can't help you with your question, we don't have such functionality.
You need to make request to Atlassian Support. I requested their assistance in ticket.
