No matter what i do i can't delete my account.I have already deleted all groups and I don't have other people working with me, wouldn't there be a way to send an email asking for my account to be deleted?

Are you trying to delete you user account that you use to login and access Atlassian Cloud products?
If so, refer to this documentation:

Or are you trying to remove your cancel your Atlassian Cloud product (i.e. Confluence, Jira) subscriptions and then delete the Organization under which they exist?

Note that there are grace periods built into the process of canceling product subscriptions so that you can reactivate them if you change your mind. If you want to request help by passing those grace periods contact the Licensing support team through this page:

If you cannot delete your Atlassian account (Confluence) because you are the last admin or billing contact, transfer those roles first. If you're not an admin, ask your admin to delete your access.
There is no direct "delete by email" option, but support can process deletion requests after verifying your identity.
