It is incredibly difficult to delete this account. I wanted to set up an acc to just check how it worked, and I keep getting emails every few days. We aren't going to go with Atlassian, so I want to delete it. However when I try, I get this error.
'User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements'
PLEASE can I delete this account, It should not be this hard. It's very spammy.

Community is not able to help you with deletion. I requested for Atlassian support assistance here. They need to handle it.

We have checked the details for your Atlassian account used to create this post, and we can see the account is scheduled for deletion already (it is within the grace period).
With that in mind, it should be deleted after the grace period is over, however, we wanted to confirm if you are seeing anything differently after successfully submitting the deletion request?
