Delay in between Creating Atlassian Account and Adding user into Confluence Space

Hi, when I try to add an user into the confluence space (through api) while I created a new Atlassian account(through api) I realize that there is a delay while the creation of Atlassian account. which result my code unable to find the Atlassian account.

May i know has anyone encounter this issue?

If yes

how long is the delay?
what is the best way to solve this problem?

@weian ngo I believe that there is a small delay for the information to propagate to your applications.  I would submit a support issue to see if you can get a definitive time on what that delay is.  https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
