Delay in between Creating Atlassian Account and Adding user into Confluence Space

Hi, when I try to add an user into the confluence space (through api) while I created a new Atlassian account(through api) I realize that there is a delay while the creation of Atlassian account. which result my code unable to find the Atlassian account.

May i know has anyone encounter this issue?

If yes

how long is the delay?
what is the best way to solve this problem?

Hello Weian,

Thank you for raising this question! I hope you are doing well. Atlassian stores user data separate from the Cloud products, so it does have to propagate. However, it shouldn't take that long. Can you tell me how long it took until your code could find the account?

We may need to create a support ticket to take a look at your site logs and see how long it took.
