Default language is not English. Just signed up Confluence

Even through the general configuration page, the site does not change to English. Can someone please help. 

The message it shows is - Temporarily, currently only sysadmin can change indexing language and reindex all documents. Contact Atlassian Support if you need help.

Hello @Addy Malik !

After reading your question I understand that you need Confluence to be displayed using English as default language.

If you want to change the display language, you can do it in two levels:

• Global
• Per user

Both are described here:

If you need to change the indexing language, please let me know. This process can only be triggered by Atlassian Staff. As of today site index rebuilds are restricted to minimize the impact of running many several indexing processes at the same time, which in many cases would largely impact performance for several customers.
