Decision Report does not work on the company instance of confluence cloud

The Decision Report macro seems to work fine on the Atlassian's free cloud sand box environment, however does not work for the company specific instance. I checked both of them refer to - "Atlassian Cloud changes Aug 14 to Aug 21, 2023".

I get - No decisions found with the "Current space" selected, even though I have 3 decisions created on the same page and also on the parent page. I have tried to add the macro on the same page and also on the parent page. Either seems to work.

I have looked at most of the responses on similar questions, it seems to work for most of them after refreshing it few times and or using a filter. I have tried both with no luck.

Is there anything on the admin side that needs to be configured for this to work? Please advise.

Please check if your decisions are on published page. I've checked and the Decision report macro works well (my instance is cloud premium).

Yes, they were on the published page. I was trying to get the decision report macro to work all day yesterday, but today - I just rebooted my computer and it magically worked.
