Deactivating a partner-managed subscription will cut off access once the billing period ends, which can immediately disrupt Confluence or your apps. It cancels renewals entirely, and data retention drops to the vendor's specific deletion timeline.
Because these environments lack self-service reactivation, verify the exact cutoff with your partner in writing and take a manual backup before pulling the plug.
