Database within Confluence is Erroring/Freezing when attempting to edit Jira Work Item

When attempting to edit a Jira work item cell the page freezes and I'm forced to wait or exit page. Upon exiting I receive the Error, RESULT_CODE_HUNG. I have to refresh to enter the page again. When I click other non Jira Work Item cells they appear editable  but then I receive the React Error. I've made sure Chrome is up to date, check my internet speed, and cleared all Cache and cookies with no resolution.

This is unusual behavior indeed. Would definitely try creating with a new database as @Rajat Pratap Singh _DHL IT Services_ mentioned. hopefully, its a one-off issue.

That error would require Atlassian Support as that React message is referring to the server application to support the Confluence Cloud. This is something that Atlassian would have the capability to investigate further.

Try checking in incognito mode or in a different browser.
Also, add a new Jira Work Item column in a fresh test database to see if the issue can be reproduced.

If the problem persists, report it to Atlassian Support and include a HAR file with your support ticket.
