Custom table width

I would like to be able to set the width of a table. In V1 editing experience it was nicely achieved. Allowed me to create tables used for legends. So that there are only two columns and the second column is small with different cell background.

 

It seems like in V2 I am forced to always keep the table at 100%?

Hey Dawid, welcome to the Community!

The new editor supports table widths in three different sizes:

  • Standard
  • Wide
  • Full width

Given that you might put a legend next to other content, I'd suggest using the Page Layout to create a two-column setup. You can put the legend in the column and it should flex to the size of the column. The sections also can be resized standard/wide/full width. Here's an example of a table in a standard sized section:
