Our custom logo is not displaying on the login screen. Instead, the alt text is being displayed. Once logged in, the logo displays as expected. Has anyone been successful in getting a logo to display on the login screen?

Hi JT,

If the logo stored in a password protected section may cause this. As the browser cannot access the image file without login details it only renders the alt text.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Selcuk

It works for me. I know that it also worked when we were using the older version of confluence. Unfortunately I don't have that environment set up anymore, so I can't provide a better answer. Have you checked other browsers to see if the behaviour is consistant?
