please can someone advise on how i can see/import/create custom stamps on confluence whiteboards. The key advantage of the stamps is that they attach to a shape and move with it. the current set of stamps is a joke.
@Fifield_ Nick _WP_ and @Tomislav Tobijas, I found this related question from almost a year ago: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-questions/Custom-Stickers-or-Stamps-for-Whiteboard/qaq-p/3006553
I'm surprised that no one has requested this feature since then (or that Atlassian has not just added it to the product).
When I googled "import reusable stamps and stickers for use in confluence whiteboard," the AI Overview came back with:
That would actually be a nice feature @Fifield_ Nick _WP_ (similar to what you can do with emojis) 🤔
But, there's currently no option to import those and make them available to everyone within whiteboard, space or the whole site.
Like, the only alternative I can currently think of is simply adding/uploading images and maybe using sections. Once an element is attached to a section, it will move with it.
Another alternative (if it gets shipped) would be the ability to group elements: CONFCLOUD-82985: Group elements in Confluence whiteboards
Anyway, to circle back - I see this as a nice-to-have feature and would maybe suggest reaching out to Atlassian Support with your request (note that you need to be an app/Confluence admin to submit a ticket). You could discuss your requirement with them, and their team can raise a new feature suggestion based on that.
Cheers,
Tobi
