Dear Confluence Support Team,
We are experiencing two critical bugs within our Confluence Cloud instance that require urgent investigation and resolution.
Problem Description: When entering the page editor, all content on the page (images, table of contents, macros, text) begins to constantly shift, shake, or flicker vertically (up and down), even when the user is inactive. This shaking only stops once the changes are published.
Key Details:
Affected Elements: The entire page and all content within the editor.
Reproduction Condition: Most frequently observed on large, content-heavy pages containing macros (e.g., Table of Contents) and images.
Confluence Version: Cloud.
Browser: Google Chrome, Version 142.0.7444.176.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open a large content page in the editor.
Leave the cursor idle.
Observe the elements inside the editor continuously shifting vertically.
Problem Description: Users with Space Administrator rights are unable to edit or rename folders, pages, and files using the left-hand navigation sidebar. When clicking on the "three dots" (action menu) next to an element in the sidebar, the menu does not open or respond. This issue affects multiple administrators.
Key Details:
Affected Users: Space Administrators.
Scope: Inability to edit elements across the entire space via the left sidebar.
Browser: Google Chrome, Version 142.0.7444.176.
Troubleshooting Steps Performed (Unsuccessful):
Cleared browser cache.
Tested in a different web browser.
Tested in Incognito/Private mode.
We kindly request your prompt investigation into these issues, as they significantly impede content workflow and space administration. Please provide us with an action plan for their resolution.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Liza, COO Assistant , elizaveta.pavlushchik@trafficconnect.com
