Hello Support,

Is there a way to create a filter that will list only the pages where the person signed in is listed as a stakeholder?  If it does limit to the user logged in then the user should be able to toggle this feature on/off.

Is there a way to create a filter where the user could select the name of a person and all of the pages where they are listed as a stakeholder is returned?

Thanks,

Valerie

Hi Valerie,

The Decisions Register is just using the Page Properties report macro. Therefore, you could do the same and filter it like this:

In my example, I actually edited the exact macro that was on the decisions register, and simply added a filter "mentioning user". Keep in mind that it won't be fool-proof if there's an instance of the same user being mentioned on the page since Stakeholders are really just mentions, but it should help you filter it a bit more.

You could add this macro to any page you want, really, it doesn't even have to be on the decisions register.

I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any questions.

Shannon
