How can I evaluate Confluence Cloud if creating a page times out and I cannot log a ticket? Wasting lots of time and getting nowhere. Not good ...

There has been a sporadic outage on Confluence Cloud today related to the editing and publishing experience. You can subscribe to updates on Confluence's Statuspage.

Although it shows the issue as Resolved, there have been residual issues throughout the day on some instances, my own included.
hi, thanks Andy. I've had this since last week so not sure if it's the same underlying root cause. Not keen on posting contact details on here but not sure how I can get in touch with support? Happy to screenshare etc with support but just not sure how to engage (and it's deliberately tough for trial customers). Cheers

That's unfortunate. Have you tried spinning up a different free instance to see if you are experiencing the same behavior? That would be my next step in troubleshooting actual instance corruption vs. connection issues.
