Create once-daily popup with required questions

Hi there, our organization is looking for a way to have a popup window or notification that appears to each user, once per day, the first time they log into our Confluence intranet.  This popup would contain a survey of 2-3 questions asking the employee about any COVID-19 symptoms, and the employee would have to answer and submit the questions before they could close the popup and use the rest of the Confluence site.

We are already using ConfiForms for other forms and surveys on the site, and I already use the "Alert" macro from Adaptavist's Content Macros suite.  I can embed a Confiform Registration into the Alert macro.  However, what I'm looking for specifically is....

• Having the Alert macro activate only once per user once per day
• Forcing users to answer the survey questions before they can close the pop-up

Any recommendations, either for other existing products or web solutions, that can achieve this?  I'd prefer to continue using the products that I've already detailed, but if there is an existing solution that uses other products I am open to thinking about that.
