Create confluence template popup?

Hi,

Is it possible in cloud to create the same style of blueprint/template "popup" that only displays the variables for input, like the ones Atlassian's own templates work?

Like this:

Instead of the wizard that shows the whole template, but only allows you to fill the blanks..

This is indeed part of the Blueprint. Blueprints are essentially a collection of templates that you can use to create pages. They cannot be created in the same way as Templates, and need to be developed. For more information, you can review below:
