Create From Template sometimes brings up a popup that populates some variables. How do I edit this?

I am creating a decision log using the existing templates.  When I click "Create Decision" it brings up a popup that asks for status, description, stakeholders, etc.  I want to customize this, to add categories and different available statuses.  How can I do this?

Hi @simondiyode 

You should be able to modify the global templates if you're a Confluence Administrator.

Go to Confluence Settings > Global Templates and Blueprints, and search for the template in here. Just bear in mind this will modify the template for all users on all spaces.
