How do we convert a page or space from the old confluence to the new cloud confluence if it doesn't show an option to convert?
@GUSTAFSON_ KRYSTAL Welcome to the Atlassian community
Here are directions on how to convert. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/convert-pages-to-the-new-editor/
If a legacy editor page has content that can’t be converted, you won’t see the invitation to convert to the cloud editor. If you try to convert it anyway, you will see a warning that you could lose content. You will need to make adjustments to the page before you can convert it.
Converting in bulk is not available. There is a feature request here you can vote for: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-70955
Admins can set an option to automatically prompt users to convert legacy editor pages. Confluence admins can enable auto-conversion of all legacy pages in Confluence to the new editor or space admins can enable auto-conversion from legacy to the cloud editor for all pages with eligible content in a space.
@GUSTAFSON_ KRYSTAL Just want to check with you—I thought you meant something different when I read your question than @Brant Schroeder did.
Do you mean converting Confluence Cloud pages from the old editor to the new editor? - see Brant's answer.
Or, by "old confluence," do you mean that you want to "convert" a space from a Confluence Server or Data Center instance to your Cloud instance. This would require migrating the space. If this is what you want to do, you might want to start with these pages:
