Hi.
We are having the following issue:
when we hover a heading and click the link button, the URL to that heading is correctly saved but badly formed.
To illustrate it better:
We remove all customisations, disabled all user-installed apps, removed any content from the page and let only one heading. But the result is always the same.
Did anyone ever bumped against this kind of issue?
Thank you
Hi @KMTek,
Thanks for the detailed report. Since you've already tried disabling apps and customizations without success, I’ve raised a support ticket on your behalf to investigate this further: PCS-3794276.
Our support team will review why the URL is forming incorrectly and will reach out to you directly via that ticket. You should receive an email confirmation shortly.
Best,
Samuil
Hey @KMTek
Can you check that the following 3 places all match exactly "/confluence" (no trailing slash):
Atlassian sometimes gives some issues with path generation if any of these values aren't exact.
One more thing to check, does the share or copy link icons produce the correct path or does it also drop it? If that's broken too it's likely something in your config with base url/context path, if not then I would raise a bug ticket..

Thanks for the reply.
Everything's ok with base URL and context path.
I'll check the reverse proxy settings.

Hi @KMTek my first inclinations would be have you tried other browsers, pages, or computers and do you get the same results. Your post mentions you're on 9.2.2, is there a way for you to test it with 10.2.13?
I didn't see anything else on Atlassian's Jira Site but I could have missed it. I'm not on Data Center, so I can't test it.
I'll flag Atlassian Support for this and they can weigh in.

Hi @Dan Breyen
Thanks a lot for your quick reply.
Yes, we have tried it with other browsers, pages, and computers. The result is always the same. And unfortunately, we cannot test it for the moment with the version 10.2.13.
