Contributor Summary always showing number of edits as 1

Hi,
I want to use the Contributor Summary macro in our confluence pages to showcase which user has performed how many edits, added comments, etc. However this macro always shows all the values as 1 no matter how many edits a user may have performed.
How can this be fixed? Please advise.
