Connection Problem due Firewall

we got problems to work in Confluence:

#1

when we editing a site we got connection problems and a grey Messagebar is coming up.

when i try to upload pictures, its not working

#3

when i open sites, preview of pictures doestn load

on a normal Internet Connection its working, on our Company network with Firewall and Proxy doenst work very well.

What shoud we do get a good Connection to the  Cloud? Which Firewall Settings do we need?

It sounds like you need to configure whitelisting to Atlassian on your firewall. You can find the parameters needed here: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/

i have whitelist all these domains already, and it doenst work :(

Suggest also have the Security add your Confluence domain to their whitelist that should improve things
