Hi @Dany Abou Asali

You'll need to be a Space Admin to do this - then:

  1. Go to Space Settings on the left-hand menu
  2. In Settings, select the tab "Integrations"
  3. Press "Add Link" on the right-hand side, and select which Jira instance to use
  4. In the pop-up, search and select the correct project
  5. Press Create

No worries! If this worked for you, could you select "Accept Answer" above? :) - this helps other users know that the solution worked!

Hi Stephen

Thank you for your answer I appreciate that..

I checked with the user and she explain what the requirement from connecting a space in Confluence with a Project in Jira

She said when she is in her space in Confluence and she would like to switch to Jira project once she clicks on switch button (on the left top hand side) in Confluence and choose to go to Jira she would like that to navigate her to a specific project in Jira straight a way

Do you know how to do that?

Thank you

Hi @Dany Abou Asali

Not that I know of in Cloud - using "Switch To" takes you in Jira back to the Projects list.

A few alternatives:

  • Add a link to their project into the "Space Shortcuts" in Confluence - hover over this section in the left-hand navigation menu on a Confluence space and press the pencil to edit/add a new link
  • Create the link to their project as a web browser bookmark

There used to be an option to select a home page when logging into Jira (at present its usually a dashboard) - and you could select a board instead. This might be worth voting/following in relation to this - see JRACLOUD-69635

Hey @Dany Abou Asali

Another way to view your Confluence page in your Jira project is to use an addon like C4J that extends the basic functionality and presents Confluence content directly in a Jira issue and seamlessly integrate Confluence into Jira. See: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222263/c4j-content-display-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview

Kind Regards,

Yuval
