Confluence shows only a white page. It seems to automatically log in in the background (showing the login options for a split second before the white page).
Steps taken to solve the problem (all didn't help):
1. login in incognito window
2. login in other browser
3. login from jira overview
4. login from atlassian lading page
5. switching internet connection (added after first answers below)
6. trying different VPN locations (added after first answers below)
Maybe good to know:
- Jira (web) works just fine.
- Both apps on the phone also seem to work.
Hi @Dennis H
Try switching internet connection. That could also solve the problem. And from what I see there is no active incident about confluence.
Perform also the 4 steps you took when switching internet connection.
Let me know if that helped.
thank you! switched the internet to mobile, VPN, another WLAN, ... doesn't help.

Hey @Dennis H ,
I've checked official Statuspage and there are no incidents reported. Also, I've tried opening multiple sites/wikis and all seem to work as expected (including my private one, which is on a free plan) 👀
Are there any other users who can check if they have problems opening Confluence from the desktop?
Have you maybe tried opening it via a different desktop device?
It's a bit hard to troubleshoot this via forums. If nothing works, my suggestion would be to upgrade to a paid trial (it's free for 14 or 30 days) so you can raise a ticket on Atlassian Support, and once you resolve it, just switch back to the free plan. The official support team probably has more tools to debug this, but you'll probably have to generate HAR file so they can analyze it.
Cheers,
Tobi

Amazing. Thanks for the feedback. I've asked other to test it.
Haven't tried a different desktop device, but the other will do so.
Great idea also on the trial, we'll use that as a measure of last resort! ;)

@Dennis H ah... I guess that HAR file I've mentioned will contain some extra information that can be used to troubleshoot this further, but that's definitely out of my domain. I know the official support team can be helpful when it comes to this (although, you might try AI before to see if you can debug it yourself once you generate a HAR file) 🤔

Thank you!
I've tried different things, it briefly worked, but now is not working again. Seems to be very unstable / exhibit that error for different reasons. A bit too time-intensive, we do not want to depend on it and might just use another tool.
Thanks a lot again for your support!
