Good afternoon! We are using the free version with a user limit of up to 10 people. But somehow other people who don't belong to our organization are added to our space. We need to figure out how they register and get on our user list. Can you suggest possible ways to avoid this in the future?
The audit log isn’t available on the Confluence Free plan, so if you are using it, you won't get the info about how the users are added to your site. You might want to check how you have specified site access for users. Refer this link for details and set it up how you want to control it.
