Confluence user details - phone number and IM seems no longer available?

On the Confluence Cloud, in the people directly or user profile, we no longer have user details such as phone number and IM. According to the online documentation, this should be available. Have Atlassian removed this from the system, or do I need to change some configuration to re-establish this information. It's really annoying as we use this to find contact details on our colleagues!!
