Confluence upgrade from 7.13.12 to 8.5 possible?

we are planning to upgrade Confluence from 7.13.12 to 8.5 is it possible?

According to Atlassian's documentation on upgrading Confluence, the suggested upgrade path for your version and any version between 6.0.5 to 8.x is "Upgrade directly to the latest version of Confluence 8." (Upgrading Confluence)
