Confluence updated UI related query

Following the latest Confluence UI update, certain non-admin users are no longer seeing the option to create a new "Space"—despite previously having this ability and no recorded changes to their permission levels or access rights. Their current permissions remain consistent with those that previously allowed space creation.

Did basic troubleshooting but didn't work.


Our non-admin users are not finding "Create Space" option even when they navigate as Spaces → View All Spaces, then click + Create Space
Also they lack certain permissions that they previously had.

 Kindly guide me in this regard.

Welcome to the community.

I'm still able to due so on my Free instance.

I use the main create button in the top of the screen, this provides the create space option form me.
