Hi @Developers Atechnos_Almond ,

To reactivate a subscription, please navigate here Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing > select Your Account > Reactivate subscription and fill out the remaining details.

If we are talking about Free plans, here's the info about Atlassian's data retention policies.

Did you already try contacting Atlassian through support.atlassian.com using the support form?
