Hi,

I have done the cleanup of my space around 2 GB and purge from Trash as well but when I see the space utilization report, it is still showing me old figure i.e. “4.4 GB of 2 GB used”.

hi @Rajeev Jha ,

You check back to see if it has updated as yet? It makes it take some time before the changes I realized.

Hi @Jack Brickey yes, I could see now the change. Thanks for your help.

Could you please me to know, what is max time duration it takes to reflect space change?

Hi @Rajeev Jha , actually I have no idea. To be clear, I don't work for Atlassian. I did a quick check in the documentation but didn't find anything that explained this. Basically, if you are on Free and want to stay on that tier you need to consider not storing any large data files as a general practice. Free is really limited in those regards.
