Hello,

My Confluence site (nohoho37.atlassian.net) was deactivated due to inactivity.
I received the deactivation notice on January 19.

Currently, the site shows "Page unavailable" and I cannot access any spaces.

Is the data still retained?
Is there any way to restore access or recover the Confluence data?

Thank you.

Hi @윤돌

Please ask Atlassian support (https://support.atlassian.com) how you can restore your data. Community can't help with this

Seba

Hi @윤돌 ,

Based on data retention policies (this is for Free sites), it's most likely they won't be able to restore the site/data you're looking for.

Just to add a note on what Sebastian said, if you cannot raise a ticket at Atlassian Support (due to a valid license requirement), you can use the following channel to raise a ticket: Pricing, Billing, & Licensing | Atlassian

Cheers,
Tobi
