Hi I am trying to get Ford Otosan the ability to look at PTME procedures but there seems to be an access problem. Can any one suggest a fix?

Hi @Pashley_ Kevin _K_A__ ,

Note that this is a public forum, which is mainly answered by end users and Atlassian Partners.

If you need assistance when it comes to permissions (either related to site or space access), I would recommend reaching out internally to your Organization admins/IT department for them to take a look at it. 👈

Cheers,
Tobi

Yeah, they'll probably be able to assist you there. If not, the app (Confluence) or the org admin can always reach out to official Atlassian Support for help troubleshooting issues. 🧑‍🔧

@Pashley_ Kevin _K_A__, you can check differences between admin roles here: What are the different types of admin roles?

Basically, Org admin is the highest administrator level in Atlassian Cloud.

ah ok - you know what the next question is ! How can I contact Org admin in the Atlassian cloud - ie  e mail etc?

I appreciate your time on this

@Pashley_ Kevin _K_A__ ah, that's the tricky one 😅

It really depends on how your organization/company is set up and if there are any official channels you can use.

For example, companies usually have some kind of general IT help email, e.g. helpdesk@<company-domain>, or maybe you have an internal service desk 👀

Potentially, this would be stated in the internal Wiki, or you can check with your manager to see if they can redirect you to the appropriate channel.
