Hello @Patrick

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The deactivation of a product generates warning emails to the Billing and Technical contacts for the product prior to its deletion.

If you did not attend to those warnings, and if you had a Free Confluence site that was deactivated, all content would've been permanently deleted 14 days after the deactivation and there will be no way to recover it.

If that doesn't match your scenario, please provide more information about your experience.

Hello,
I actually have a free Confluence account that has been deactivated for over 14 days. Can you please tell me how to recover my data.
Thank's for all.

It seems there was a typo in my reply, which I have now fixed.

There is no way to recover the data if it was a Free instance and has been deactivated for more than 14 days.
