Confluence page removed ?

Hi,

I made a confluence site for my parents, to store important informations in it. But today I tried to go to this Confluence and nothing ?

Has it been removed? Due to lack of use ? Maybe but I haven't received any information about this. What's going on?

I fear that I've LOST all data in it ? I admit I'm not confident anymore...

Hi @Garric If you search your emails, you should have received one with the subject line something like "[Action Required] Jump back in to Confluence to keep your subscription"

If you used your parents' email to set up the site, it would be them who would have received it.

It sounds like it is possible your site was eliminated due to inactivity.

If you think it was recently deleted, we can ask Atlassian anyway to check if it is possible to recover it. I will flag this post for them.

I understand that you are unable to access any of your content and site.

I verified from the backend and I would like to inform you that the site was deactivated and permanently deleted due to inactivity.

We did send an initimation email informing the same on 02 Mar 2025.

Unfortunately, since the site was completely deleted it is not possible to recover the data now, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
