Ahmed,
The screenshot shows that you have Page-level Restriction edit rights, but the space admin should check if you have space-level Permissions to edit.
For that, the Space Admin goes to Space Tools>Permissions>Edit Permissions (button) and makes sure that you have Page:Add rights, then clicks Save.
Is that it?
I will send him your answer. I hope that will solve it. I know there are many other pages in the space, he just want me to have permission in that specific page. will check

I hope it does too.
A bit more background on this: For one to have edit rights in any page in a Confluence space, one MUST have the space permissions to do it first. The page-level restrictions takes the universe of all those who have view or edit rights in space permissions and says, "on this page, only this person, persons and/or group(s) can use their view/edit permissions".
If they are uncomfortable with you having edit rights elsewhere, there is a discussion to be had. We have hundreds of spaces and few of these concerns because of course Confluence tracks all page edits and if someone is watching the space in question, and notices someone has edited something they shouldn't, it's easy to roll it back through Tools>Version History>Restore.
Good luck! Comment back if you have anything else but hopefully this answer is what you're looking for (if so, just click the checkmark to signal that).

I've just had the same problem presented to me by a User, the above solution worked perfectly! Thanks.

Space permissions are granted at the space level, whereas page restrictions are designed to take away said permissions.
If there are no space permissions to take away, then page restrictions do nothing.
If there are no page restrictions but you still can't view or edit, it's because you don't have the necessary space permissions.

But when in edit mode, the user cannot change anything on the page !!
Any clues welcomed
