Hi
I want to create a cell where the user can only choose between 3 values in one of the cells. Further I want the cell to be red if it is in "To-Do" status, yellow if it is in "In Progress status" and green if it is in "done" status
How to do that?
Unfortunately, there’s no native feature in Confluence that allows you to create dropdowns within table cells. The good news is that you can easily set this up with Handy Macros for Confluence — no coding needed.
Here’s how:
Add your three status options:
3. Save the page — now users can click the status right on the page to change it.
Each status automatically displays the correct color, making it extremely easy to see what’s still pending and what has already been completed.

@Sarah Merete Eriksen I don't believe there are any native Confluence features that allow you to add a dropdown list in a table cell or do this conditional formatting.
Do you have any marketplace apps related to tables installed in your instance (expand the Apps list in the sidebar of your Confluence instance)? If so, you can look in the documentation for the app to see if what you want to do is possible and, if so, how to do it. Or perhaps someone else in your company who is already using the app and can provide assistance to you.
