I'm from Moveworks. Some of my colleagues in the US couldn't load the Confluence page editor (see screenshot below). Could you help us identify and resolve the issue? Thanks in advance.
@Yang Xu Welcome to the Atlassian community. Sorry for the crash landing. Is this issue still persisting? Can the team members access pages, just not the editor?
@Andy Gladstone Thanks for your reply. They can access pages, just not the editor. We have tried restarting, clearing cache but no luck. I'm in Canada and can edit the page. I'm not sure if it's a server-related problem.
