When editing pages on Confluence with Safari, I always encounter the error " We've lost our connection to you, so we've disabled editing to prevent any issues. You'll be able to edit once we reconnect. Trying to reconnect...". I then opened the dev tools and found the following error messages:
[Error] WebSocket connection to 'wss://wikidocs.services.atlassian.com/activationid-services/a56446b5-ca76-4507-8edf-f2ff0e17d497/synchrony/v1/bayeux-sync1' failed: The operation couldn’t be completed. (kNWErrorDomainPOSIX error 57 - Socket is not connected)
Safari version: Version 15.4 (17613.1.17.1.13)
macOS version: 12.3.1
Enabled extensions:
* OneTab
* Octotree
* Vimari
* AdGuard Assistant
BTW, the error won't happened when I use Chrome or Firefox.
Hi @NitroCao ,
Welcome to Atlassian community.
Yes, I have seen some issue with safari browser. It could be due to some malfunctioning plugin's. The best solution would be to disable the plugin one by one and keep monitoring which one causes the issue. That is how i have resolved some of my safari issue's.
Thanks,
Srinath T
Thanks for your reply. After I disabled `Vimari` extension, the error doesn't happen again. I'll continue testing this problem for a few days.

@NitroCao , thats great you got the culprit plugin. I would say report this to Vimari support. They should fix the browser compatibility with safari.
