I was on leave of absence, so I am not sure if some of my access were revoked. I had permission on Confluence and JIRA and it looks good, same permission as other members of the team. Also I did send the request to MMP and DevOps had showed me the steps how to login JIRA and Confluence but still got the same error message below.
