We are experiencing multiple issues in Confluence and wanted to check if anyone has seen something similar.
* Team Calendars are not rendering. The calendar page loads, but the calendar itself is blank.
* Action items are displaying as dots instead of the actual task content.
* The Date Macro is not working. Typing // does not bring up the date picker.
* The issue is reproducible across multiple browsers (Chrome and Edge).
* Multiple users are experiencing the same issue.
Has anyone encountered a situation where multiple Confluence macros stop rendering at the same time? Are there any known plugin, indexing, or configuration issues that could cause this behavior after confluence update to newer version?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
Hi @Sujani
Could I ask do you have those macros embedded in any other macros eg tabs?
Are you looking at them in the cloud editor or have they migrated into a legacy macro wrapper? Some legacy macros are not supported in the cloud editor so its worth checking if thats causing an issue. Do they appear in edit and just not work when published.
Sorry lots of questions but all can be relevant to work out whats happening. It might be worth logging a support ticket with whoever the macros belong to to see if any known issues.
Thanks
Abi
Hola Sujani,
When several Confluence features fail simultaneously right after an upgrade, I would look for a common cause rather than troubleshooting each macro separately.
In this case, Team Calendars, action items, and the date picker all depend on Confluence loading the right app modules and front-end resources. Since the problem affects multiple users and both Chrome and Edge, it is probably not a single browser cache issue.
I would start by opening the browser developer console on one of the affected pages and checking whether Confluence is throwing JavaScript or web-resource errors. After that, I would check Manage Apps and the Confluence logs to see whether any apps or modules failed to enable after the 10.2.11 upgrade.
If those checks point to plugin cache or app-module problems, then clearing the Confluence plugin cache and doing a clean restart would be the next step.
Thanks,
James

Hello @Sujani
Well Plugins corrupt State/Cache after Update are quite often.
Check your browser console for JavaScript errors and confirm Team Calendars is compatible under Manage Apps. Then, clear the Confluence plugin cache folders and perform a clean restart.
Do that and go from there.
